If you want to be whole,
let yourself be partial.

Admissions Requirements
The application process requires the submission of the following:

Admissions Application
Please fill out all sections of the Admissions Application Form regardless of any transcripts you are sending or resumé you attach.

Personal Statement
In your personal statement (five to seven double-spaced pages in length) please tell us about the formative and significant experiences of your life and how these have influenced you in choosing psychology as a vocation. Consider that times of crises, defeat, and struggle contribute to psychological awareness. What is it about you as a learner that will enable you to benefit from the Institute’s graduate program? Further, tell us about any work experiences you may have had which relate to psychology and the vision you have of your future in psychology. If you feel that the personal statement does not sufficiently demonstrate your writing skills, you may wish to enclose an additional writing sample of not more than seven pages.

Official Academic Transcripts
Official academic transcripts from all post-secondary institutions for which you earned more than 12 quarter units are required for application.

Letters of Recommendation
Three Admissions Recommendation Forms and accompanying letters of recommendation are required for application. Recommendations should be sought from individuals who can respond to your readiness for a graduate program in psychology. If possible, you should include recommendations from persons familiar with your academic and clinical background.

Prospective students are notified when the Institute has received their completed application package. After a review of application materials, selected applicants are invited to an admissions interview.
